About Us and our products

Arc Flash Solar Systems was founded in 2021 by Nicholas Benjamin and operates in Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada. We aim to provide easy to install solar structures that can withstand various weather conditions across the country while still offering a large enough solar array to efficiently charge battery banks that can supply power as needed.
Made in Manitoba offers the best pricing for locals who are looking to include a solar system on their property and join the lifestyle.
Units are Engineer Stamped in Manitoba and Ontario only at this time. As we grow we will expand our certification to more provinces.
Our products have been tested in various weather conditions across the country during all 4 seasons and adjustments have been made along the way to ensure we are delivering the best and safest product possible for our customers.
We strongly recommend a site visit from an Engineer or Solar Expert to ensure these units are installed safely and effectively.
Constant wind speeds greater than 80km/h risk posing structural damage to some of the components incorporated within our systems. We strongly recommend researching local historic wind speeds and direction patterns to ensure these units are not installed in a vulnerable location such as open prairie fields or lake front properties with a history of damaging wind conditions. Openings in wooded areas are considered an ideal location, however lake front and other properties may still be eligible to support this product once a proper review of the data has been collected and approved by professionals.
Our units vary from a single solar module post mount to a larger 8 module quad pod unit. The number after the part number (MT) reflects the number of solar modules that can be installed on the unit.
The MT series is designed to be installed in a number of different areas and on almost every ground surface. We have units on solid rock foundations with epoxy anchors, flat bush with deep earth anchors, concrete slabs, individual concrete pads, large block, piles, and more.

Solar Modules, along with electronics and hardware are not included in our listed prices, the items can be priced once we have a better understanding of your solar goals and expectations.
Note: Arc Flash Solar Systems Inc. can only supply MT Solar Structures, Solar Modules, Inverters and Charge controllers. All other components such as wiring, breakers, fuses, disconnects and other can be provided from our partners over at Vibes Energy.
MT-6 and MT-8 electrical connections must be installed by a Certified Professional trained in solar energy.
TRACKERS ARE AVAILABLE BUT ARE CONSIDERED SPECIAL ORDER DUE TO ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND ASSEMBLY LABOUR .

Structure Fabrication & Installation Details

We offer a 1 year Limited Warranty on all products sold.
Documentation such as a installation manual will be sent out with each unit.
The welding on our units are CWB certified and are Engineered to the Canadian Building Standards.
Installation of a complete solar system can be accomplished with the help of our partners at Vibes Energy. Their team of certified professionals will be able to determine what kind of system you need and provide installation services in accordance with local Hydro and Electrical Code requirements.
